How do I get my calendar icon back on my phone

When I look at settings, the calendar, e-mail, etc are there, but there is no icon on the screen

Welcome to iMore! It's probably hiding in a folder. Check all folders as well as all the home screens. It's there somewhere.
You can find it in Spotlight Search. Go to Spotlight Search and type Calendar in the search bar. It will show you where it is.
