How do I get HomeKit

I have purchased hue lighting system and want to use it with Siri but need to set up HomeKit how do I get this?

if you have iOS 10- it should be as easy as opening up the home app

It is built into iOS 10. Go ahead and setup you hue lights per Phillips instructions. Once it is setup go into any iOS device with iOS 10 in the home app and you should be able to control from there.
