How do I get a refund for a $20 app that froze up?

I just purchased an app called [redacted]this morning for $19.99/yr. I set it up, started recording meals, foods, etc. I went to add on to the day and it totally froze up and I have tried resetting it, restarting my phone--everything. It just doesn't work and I want a refund.

Go to Apple's "Report a Problem" page and sign in with the ID you used to purchase the app. Next to the app you want a refund for, choose the reason you want a refund and explain the problem to Apple. Once done with your explanation, hit Submit. No guarantee you will get a refund and it may take a few days for them to get back to you.
