how do i fix an iphone se that has been dropped in water??????

i have recently accidentally dropped my iPhone into my bath tub and i have tried to dry it off with a hair dryer, tried to dry the charging port with a toothpick wrapped in tissue and tried to charge it up which are one of the many things stated no to do. But i had already done all of this before looking at this website. what should i do? i'm panicking. please help!!

Make preparations to get it replaced. If you have Apple Care Plus, now would be a great time to use it.
