how to fix PUKcode for iphone 5c?? it isn't working at all

so recently my phone has been locked and Idk what to do!! It keeps on saying locked sim and I put in my code that my company said to put and idk what to do??

A PUK code is tied to your sim card, which is only known by your carrier.
