how find my place within an audiobook chapter?

let's say I have to interrupt my listening & pause my audiobook. when I return to it it begins at the beginning of the chapter rather than in the middle - where I am. How do I advance the text within the chapter without listening to the whole chapter again?

Yes, but it depends on the app you're using to listen to the audiobook. I don't think iBooks allow you to do that, but I could be mistaken.
