how do i erase all content and settings without wifi?

Recently my wifi has gone grey and will not slide to turn on. So im trying to reset my phone completely. I have a IPhone 4s, how can I reset it completely without wifi?

You don't need wifi to wipe your iphone. Just go to settings > general > reset > Erase all content and Settings
