How do I download pictures after a master reset?

Our service provider did a master reset to clean up items on my iphone 6. Everything except pictures and videos were restored. They are showing on my iCloud account as a backup (1.63 gig). How do I download them to my phone and computer?

Connect to iTunes and choose restore from iCloud backup. Then back up to your computer and you'll have them on both.
