How do I download photos from my 3GS to the PC?

Hi all.

A Newbie here so I hope you can cut me some slack if I boo boo.

I have a number of photos on my iPhone 3GS that I would like to download onto my PC running Windows 7.

How can I go about doing this?

Connect iPhone to PC using USB cable.
Open Windows Explorer.
iPhone should show as a connected "drive" on left hand side.
Drill down in folder directory and copy/paste or drag/drop the photos to where you want them to be.
