How do I download my whole photo library from the iCloud onto a PC?

Is there any way to download the whole library to a folder on the PC at once? It appears to me I will have to select them one by one, i.e. by selecting them individually rather than selecting them all, then download those selected.

If you haven't already, just download the iCloud app to your PC and set it up to sync photos. It should eventually download every photo stored in your iCloud.
