Plug iPhone into computer, wait for computer to recognize iPhone. Open digital camera and move pics to whatever folder u want

If you are in a real hurry and only have a few pictures you want to move you could email them to yourself and access that email from your computer. Maybe not the best way but it will work

Using the camera upload feature in the Dropbox application is also a good solution. I have my 5S set up this way and I rarely have to sync my phone to my PC to retrieve my pictures
