How do I delete the time of the most recent text sent once text is deleted?

on the messages screen there is a time for the last time you sent this person a text or one was sent to you. How do you delete this

Without removing the entire message, there is no way that I know of. Even if you remove the last correspondence, it still displays the time.

You can't delete the time on messages, just the whole message.

You can change the time to the current time by forwarding the message to yourself, then deleting the older one.
