Firstly, I hope you solve your space bar not working issue :rotfl:
It would be easier if you joined so you could answer some questions such as what model of iPod is it?
Either way your easiest option would be to manage the music in iTunes ahead of your next sync or alternatively directly on your iPod next time it's connected to iTunes you'll be able to see all the music on your iPod and delete the songs you don't want.
