How do i delete all text messages from the i cloud to make more space

How do I delete all text and Imessages from the Icloud as well as the device ?

Delete the text messages in your Messages app. Then when you do the next iCloud back up, they are gone.

To gain space in iCloud, do something with photos. Use Dropbox and Box to store photos. Turn off any unnecessary apps in iCloud. Many can just be reinstalled again from your purchased list. Delete old notes in the Notes app.
