How to deauthorize old iPad and keep new iPad authorized

Hi, I have an iPad 3 and an iPad Air 2. I have been using the same authorization for both on my iMac. Now my husband wants to use the old iPad. How do I change to his Apple ID account without losing my authorization for the iPad Air 2? He will be authorizing with his Windows 7 laptop.

Thanks!

Authorization for what? iCloud? You simply keep your AppleID in the Air2, and you log out of iTunes/AppStore and iCloud on the iPad3 - and your spouse uses their AppleID to log into iTunes, AppStore and iCloud on the iPad3... and you can use FamilyShare for using apps and having music, etc. on both devices... iCloud - Family Sharing - Apple Support
