How do I create a reminder from an email

I get lots of emails and I'm out of the office a lot. Using iPhone 6s with 9.1 (I think) and Outlook 2013. I keep a list of tasks on Outlook and while at my desk I create them in outlook from emails. How can I create a reminder from an email on my phone? Tasks in Outlook are Reminders on iPhone...I get that part.

If the mail has a proper date and time or at least date, It should be blue like a hyperlink, Tap on it and it should open reminder once you have the app set that way, Then you can put in the time or for the lazy like me, I ask Siri to create a reminder for Nov 6th at 1:30 PM under personal as an example. When it is read back proper then say YES to set it.
