How do I combine 3 short iPhone videos?

Folks,

I'm looking for software I guess, OR if YouTube has a way that I just don't know, for me to combine 3 very short videos in to 1 video for upload on to YouTube. These are 10 to 15 second videos I shot with my iPhone 7 Plus with no special settings on. I want to do this for free or for as little as possible as my video editing needs are very light, and I certainly don't wish to buy expensive video editing software which I'm probably too dumb to use anyways! I'm no YouTube "creator" BUT I do occasionally need and want to post YouTube videos. I think my channel has 15 videos and like 4 subscribers and they probably all have the same last name as me.
