how do I close an open xfinitywifi on my HP desktop

I live in and amidst many apartment homes and there are dealers in the area. I have an HP desktop, and have my own secured network, but just noticed I have an open xfinitywifi that I cannot secure listed on my network connections. I cannot find how or where to secure or remove it.
