My storage is all of the sudden maxed out. Unable to take photos. As well as what looks like an encryption is overlapping some of the text in various places. Facebook, Gmail, and on the web.

Clear space on the device by offloading pics, music and files to a cloud service or your computer. After you've created a few gigs of on-device storage, go into the App Store and purchase and anti-virus app to install. After installing the app, execute it.
