How do I change language on messages on Mac?

I can do it easily on the IPhone, by clicking at the bottom left, to get either emojies, numbers symbols or change languages. On the mac, I am lost

I'm not sure if you can without changing it for everything, but I could be mistaken. Hopefully, a member will reply to either confirm or deny my assumption.
