How do I change from Imperial system to metric on my Apple Watch?

I looked on the forums and I wasn't able to come up with anything other than setting the region to Hong Kong, which didn't work. After setting it to HK my watch face still shows the temps, etc. in Imperial.

I don't think you can at this point in time.

Yes.......remove Cupertino from the list within your iPhone's World Clock settings.
