Apple has not added that feature. It's not really necessary. The same tone works for both. You can't do calling and Facetime separately at the same time. So I don't guess Apple sees a point in having it.

My FaceTime alert is different from my normal ring. It's nothing I setup, it just rings like a basic telephone.
