How do I adjust the print on my iPhone 4s so that it is easier to use?

i turned on my iPhone 4S and the print is so large that it's impossible to make it work.

the letters fill up the screen with just three letters and i can't make it move around or do anything! help!

Reboot it. If that doesn't work, and you can't get into Reset Network Settings, plug it into iTunes and restore from backup.
