how do I activate my iphone 6 from itunes?

My husband bought me an iPhone 6 online and now I'm having trouble activating it from iTunes. Everything from my old iPhone has already been downloaded but I'm stuck now on how to complete the activation. Please help..Thanks

have you tried calling your carrier? you can also swap out the sim from your old phone into the new one
