In the past, I've been able to send email with inline pictures from Outlook/Exchange to iPhones by selecting HTML format for the email. Now my iOS 8.4 iPhone 6 displays inline pictures in both HTML and rich text messages as attachments.

Any ideas on how to solve this problem? Thanks in advance.

I don't know. Go to the Mail, Contacts, Calendars settings and enable "Load Remote Images" to see if that helps.

The "Load Remote Images" setting was already on, but I cycled it from on to off to on just in case. Unfortunately, it didn't help.

Oh okay. I'm assuming you're referring to the Outlook program on your computer. Granted, I haven't used that particular program in ages. Anyway, what would happen if you send the photos from Outlook without using the HTML formatting?

Outlook defaults to Rich Text if HTML or Plain Text isn't selected. Inline images in Outlook rich text emails are displayed in the iOS Mail app as attachments while Outlook displays the same message with the original inline images.
