How can you see a photo's file name?

I

iMore Question

Wanting to see a photo's file name. I used to be able to do this by selecting the photo and hitting the little 'i' at the top and it would display this information. That seems to have changed. Now I am uploading the photos to Google Photos and then getting the information there. Is there a way to do this within the iPhone itself. BTW, running iOS 11.2.2.

Welcome to iMore.

You can use a third party app such as ProCamera to do just that as you will see in the image below. Works well and you can do it in just a few taps within the app. There are many apps available to do this.
