How can I upgrade my iPhone from 3gs iOS 6.1.6 to iOS 7?

i phone 3gs ios 6.1.6 need ios 7

I need to ugrade my ios to 7 to get face book app i tunes wont let me nor will updates how can i do this

iOS7 is not compatible with the iPhone 3GS.

You cannot get "there" from "here". iOS 6.1.6 is the end of the line as far as iOS goes for the iPhone 3GS. It cannot be updated beyond that point. Might be time for a new device.
