How can I update my iPad Air 2 to iOS 8.4?

I am trying to switch from my old iPad 4 to a new iPad Air 2. The latest operating version has been released and my iPad 4 was upgraded to 8.4 so the backup to iCloud is out of sync with the new iPad.
How can I upgrade my Air 2 to 8.4??
