How can i "un****" my iPhone 4?

Hi. Yesterday i have jailbroken my iphone 4.
Today, when i try to open apps they automaticaly close after 1 second, even Cydia app. What can i do?????????? I can't open facebook, instagram, i can't even send a message!

Do NOT use "Erase All Content And Settings" in settlngs! Know what you're doing before you restore. If you restore, you will lose your jailbreak!
