Hi, I am returning my professional iPhone and would like to save all my contacts/notes/calendars that are currently saved under exchange to iCloud, so that I can access these with my new iPhone. Thanks a lot for your help

I don't fool with iCloud for contacts, I use "My Contacts Backup", a free app which puts your contacts in a zip file to email it to yourself to import them again later via the Mail app on your iPhone. Very easy to use.
