How can I share hotspot?

In setting of my 5C, I can't find the button to share hotspot. Can you help me the way to fix it?

She means that some mobile plans does not allow to share internet via hotspot. You can contact your carrier if they support hotspot

Oh, thanks for take me know. In previous iOS device (iphone 4S), I can share it. So I think that in my current iPhone 5C, I can do it, too.

Oh, I found the way to fix the issue. I must go to "cellular Data Network" and create the hotspot network first. Thank you, @Karenkcoulter, @lmd052300.
