i have an iPad. I used a search engine Bing. Now Safari is not working. There is a little
screen with a phone 888-xxx-xxx, and address xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
And a warning, that my device has a virus.
Shell I call them for assistance?

No. It's a scam. If you can't dismiss the box somehow, put the iPad in DFU mode, connect to iTunes, and restore.

It is a scam, force close your phone to close page, open again,double click and remove static page,go to Safari and clear History, in Safari open stored pages (superimposed rectangles image) and clear the unwanted page from there.
If this keeps happening, after repeating above steps go to Settings>Safari>Advanced>Website Data and remove from there, then block cookies apart from the sites you are using. you may have to repeat and reboot between major steps.
