How can I retrieve a deleted WhatsApp chat without WhatsApp backup enabled?

How can I retrieve a deleted whatsApp chat with out WhatsApp backup enabled.

I didn't enable chat ->back up in whatsApp, accidentally I have deleted a chat from this morning and I'm trying to retrieve if.

The icloud back up is on when this happened.

Please advise.
