How can I restore my jailbroken iPad Mini 1?

IPad mini 1 jail broken

I jail broke my iPad mini on ios7 and foolishly erased it through I cloud (find my iPhone) so it goes in an infinite loop.... It does not turn on nor does it reset it. Wheni use the home button plus power key to turn it on it flashes my lock screen for a second and then goes straight to trying to restore it. Please help its really urgent. I trust the I more community to get me through this.
