pls will like to know is there any app or anyway i can rename apps on my iphone (OS 8.1). and also is there a way to hide list of apps shown in settings?

will be glad if i get a response.

None of this can be done on a stock device, maybe if jailbroken.

Rename apps? No. Rename the folder that the apps may be in? Yes. I'm sure the people who created the Evernote app wouldn't want you to rename it.
