How can I reinstall an app icon?

I deleted my Cisco Jabber Icon on my iPhone and now I need the icon back. When I go to the AppStore, Cisco Jabber shows a cloud with a down arrow. When I tap on the cloud to reinstall the icon, nothing happens. Any idea what I should do? I have turned the phone on and off twice already.

Try rebooting the iPhone and then try again. Also, check to see whether or not the app is still active and available for download. It is not uncommon to see apps that are no longer available to be listed among your "purchased" apps.

If it shows in your purchased list, it should download. Could be wifi connectivity issues. Keep trying.
