How can i recover/download already purchased songs

I bought an album in itune store. I got the album, but when i changed my phone (from iphone 5 to iphone 6), the album is not there anymore. Only one song was available. I browsed through the itune store and it says "purchased". But again, when i went through the purchased list, it's also not there? What to do?

Make sure iCloud library is enabled.
