How can I put my free music into my iTunes without a computer

ok I need to know if there is a free ap or something i can do. I want to put my music from my private browser app into the iPad music folder so I can use flipagram and all the other stuff with my music. But I don't have a computer I need to be able to do this all from my iPad. How do I move music on iPad to music folder on same iPad?

You would have to jailbreak and use a program like iFile. It requires a computer though assuming that you aren't already jailbroken.
