I have a Iphone SE and need to print pictures with at date stamp

Do you have an app installed that'll display the pics with the date stamped on them? If so, they should print in the same manner.

Yep. You cannot do it natively, but there are a number of third party apps that will do it. Be sure to read the reviews as they are not all made the same.

And then, of course, you will need a printer that supports AirPrint if you are looking to print directly from your phone.
