How can I permanently delete a file in iCloud without waiting the 30 days?

I want to delete some sensitive data, so other's eyes don't see it. But other's eyes have access to my account so all they have to do is go to restore files and there they are... lame!!!

There's a 'recently deleted' folder in Photos - all you have to do is clear that out after deleting something "sensitive"... how's that for lame??
