how can i manage ipad file folders?

need to delete file folders in photo app. file folders are empty , folder names are rude.

1. Initiate the Photos app on your iPad.
2. Select Albums.
3. Select 'Edit'.
4. Select the red circle that appears in front of the albums.
5. Select 'Delete'.
