intergrated camera app to assist in beautifying my pictures

I recently purchased a iphone 6s plus in order to start posting videos on social media,but i noticed that the Samsung Note 5 has a camera feature that allows me to smooth out my face removing any blemishes that i my have on my pictures and videos. Is there any 3rd party applications that work with my iphone to assist in beautifying my videos and pictures like the note 5 can. Maybe even one that syncs with my stock camera.
