If you are referring to the lighting adaptor for the Apple Pencil you will need to contact Apple. They do not sell that separately. You could also try Amazon for a third party adaptor. If you are talking about the actual writing tips Apple does sell those:

If you are talking about the adapter to charge your Apple Pencil, Amazon has them:

However, you can always just charge your iPad and then charge your AP from the iPad. No adapter needed.
