How can i get speech recognition on my keyboard for Ipad without being on internet

I purchased an Ipad with the idea of doing my inspection program out in the field. I dont want to type in my findings just talk into pad and have it type it up for me.

I just found out siri does not work without the internet on.

That's the way Siri/dictation works... as does the good 3rd party apps... the option is to use voice recorder and when you get to a place where you have connectivity, use a voice to text app that can do recordings...

We can only hope this will get "fixed" some time in the near future.
