How can I get my Safari Favorites from my Mac to sync to my iPhone & iPad?

My iPhone, iPad and iMac all have the last software updates. On all three devices I have iCloud on for Safari but my favorites on my iMac do not sync with the favorites on my iOS devices. Am I missing something or can’t the favorites be sync between iOS and man os?

If all three devices are using the same iCloud credentials then I recommend you sign out of iCloud on all three and then sign back in to see if your favorites sync.
