How can I get my phone out or a reboot?

Stuck in reboot

Comes on shows apple then shuts off keeps doing it over and over. If i hold home button i can get it to say connect to itunes but when i connect it iTunes won't recognize it. I tried ireboot software but since the phone wont show up it didn't work. Is there a way to retrieve pics? Thats all i care about. Thanks!!

In its present state...No. Have you been backing up to iTunes and/or iCloud regularly? If you can't get your present device to a working state - and you replace it - restoring backups will get your pictures back.

Press and hold both the power and home buttons until the screen turns off. Hopefully, the device will also turn off. Afterwards, put the device in recovery mode and restore it via iTunes on your computer.
