Novice to Apple products. Help

We have 2 iPhones and 1 iPad. I bought my husband a iPad air and when he followed the steps to set it up it now using my phone number and emails!!! How do I fix this? I want his phone number and email on his iPad not mine!

I need step by step instructions.
