Install Windows on a hard drive partition or via a virtual machine running windows.

The OS X it self will not run exe files, you will need to install Windows on the hard drive, or install a virtual machine within your OS X to run any exe file

I have VMWare with Windows 10 running on my iMac 27 and that's the only way you can run an .exe file.

As the responses above have said, there's no way to do it natively, though there are several options to do so. I haven't done any of them, so can't comment on which works best. Parallels is another option. Here are some articles on that method.
