How can I get iOS 9 working?

ios 9 not working

After I had done the update for ios9 I had clicked on 'enable location services' and the screen went white and said 'slide to upgrade but it won't let me slide the screen across and I'm worried something has happened to my phone because of the update

yes i did many times and not sure what the next step i need to take and its been like this for about 1 and a half days and haven't seen much online on what to do

You need to get the phone into DFU mode and connect to computer, and restore the iOS via iTunes.

im not to sure on how to do that never had to before and itunes wont read my iphone
