Sadly this is where Apple has lacked in their phones but I would suggest using Apples trade-in program to get a larger iPhone 6S Plus say 64GB or 128GB. As for cloud storage don't be fooled depending on what you are storing on your phone unless you are on Wi-Fi a lot you could blow your data plan out and end up spending more than you want each month. More storage up front as a one time expense so you can carry music, videos, etc is a better investment than paying the carrier each month on overages.
